Tony Paine, MBA Financial Advisor

No matter a client’s goals, Tony’s approach consistently involves crafting a bespoke investment strategy that serves each client’s specific needs. He possesses a genuine interest in learning every client’s unique story – how they got to where they are today, their ambitions and motivations, their goals, their fears, and the legacy they want to leave behind for their family, and to the world.

Tony is experienced in helping both individuals and families as well as business owners and executives navigate the complexities of financial planning – including succession planning, stock option management and potential sale of a business. Tony has specialized knowledge in guiding clients through charitable giving, trust and estate planning and helping establish foundations and endowments.

His previous position at Morgan Stanley strengthened his charitable giving competencies through identifying money managers and conducting due diligence, drafting investment policy statements that align with charitable missions and investment goals, and reviewing risk.

Tony joined Raymond James in early 2024, bringing with him a wealth of financial experience and connections to a vast network of professionals – including CPAs, estate planning attorneys, business managers and agents – helping to ensure his clients receive a comprehensive level of service as they seek to meet their wealth accumulation, legacy planning and philanthropic goals.

Tony’s professional experience is further bolstered by a BA in economics from the University of California, Irvine and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Outside the office, Tony is a Huntington Hospital SCRUBS member and a board member of Catholic Charities for the San Gabriel Valley Chapter. Tony also enjoys spending his free time travelling with family, on the golf course and being involved in the air-cooled Porshe community.

Born in Sacramento, California, Tony currently resides in Pasadena, California with his spouse Mabell and two children, Isabella and Dominic. Pasadena has been his home for over 25 years.
